Island House /Ground Floor Villa/Weekly discount

It is our pleasure to share this fully equipped villa that is a perfectly located and priced vacation spot. The villa was refreshed in 2020. New rugs, curtains and refrigerator 2025. It is a short 6-7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and Coligny Plaza. The beach is beautiful & relaxing. Coligny Plaza is the town center and has lots of restaurants, shopping, live entertainment in the summer and two ice cream parlors. In the summer (June-mid-August) Saturday-Saturday rental is preferred. The space The villa is located on the ground floor of the building (no steps). The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with pillow top bedding and plenty of storage space which includes two large closets, two dressers, & two night stands. A TV is provided in the primary bedroom. The primary bath has a walk-in shower with grab bar. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, dresser and 2 nightstands. Need to catch up on work or check email? The second bedroom includes a desk and monitor that you may connect to your computer. The villa has high-speed (100MBps+) Internet. There is a pak n play in the second bedroom to accommodate a little one. The villa living room includes a coffee table large enough on which to play games. The furnishings comfortably seat 5 people. There is a 48” smart TV that includes a Blu-Ray disc player. A fully-equipped kitchen provides all you need to cook your favorite vacation comfort foods. All new kitchen appliances were purchased in 2021. In addition, the villa includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms as well as a smoke detector & carbon monoxide detector. Comfort and safety are key in our home. Just outside the living room is a patio with a table and 4 chairs for outside dining. The pool is just a short walk from the patio. Near the pool is a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Guest access Entire villa 105 is available for guest use short of a locked owners closet located in the hall.
