Vacation home *Auszeit am See* with sauna & hot tub

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Sauna & hot tub must be booked on request. (€80) Both are fired with wood. (No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh. The space The cute vacation home has 3 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In two bedrooms, the beds are together to form a double bed, but can also be placed apart. There are 2 toilets and a shower in the house. The two upper bedrooms even have a sink in the room. A very small but well-equipped kitchen is available. Guest access The garden including sauna & hot tub is only for the guests' exclusive use. Sauna & hot tub can be booked for €80. Other things to note Sauna & hot tub are heated with wood. (No extra overpriced electricity costs) Firewood must be brought yourself, or can be purchased at REWE (5km). There can also be firewood at the gardener on site incl. Delivery to the house.
