Description

Discover tranquility in our **2-bedroom solar villa for 4 guests with a private pool. Enjoy sustainable luxury: it runs on solar power and batteries. Rooms are separated for maximum privacy. We ask you to use electricity responsibly. For optimal solar system operation, limit AC to a maximum of 3 continuous hours. This ensures constant energy and an ecological and harmonious stay. The space Before booking, please go to the "other details and notes" section and check if the jungle concept and the way the Villa works are right for you. It would be a shame if you left in the middle of your stay without having fully enjoyed what the Villa and the jungle can offer you. 📋 Villa Rules for an Unforgettable Stay The Villa is fully solar-powered. For optimal use of the air conditioning (AC), it is recommended to use it for a maximum of 3 hours during the day. During the hot season, this is best done from noon to 3 PM. More information will be provided on this topic. Avoid placing your wet towels: On wooden chairs. On the wooden armrests. On cushions, backrests and fabric seats. Hooks are available for use. Do not roll your towels into balls (you can use the drying racks to dry towels or clothes better). Smoking is prohibited inside the house and in the inner courtyard. Please smoke outside the fence gates. Laundry room: Dirty laundry should be placed in the designated baskets. We recommend that you dry it first, as it is a very humid environment. To avoid intruders (insects or others): Wash dishes immediately after meals. Store all food. Close the bags tightly. Do not leave food in sight. Be sure to completely dry damp or wet clothes. Use the hangers provided in the rooms. You're in the jungle. Yes, there are mosquitoes. Plan to buy mosquito repellent for your own comfort. Before you leave, please: Empty the trash cans in the house and in the rooms. Empty the refrigerator. Do not leave anything lying around. Place your trash bags inside large trash bags. Wash and store the dishes. Place your wet towels and washcloths in the shower. Don't forget to return the keys to the designated lockboxes. Guest access Access and Privacy When traveling alone or as a couple, you will enjoy full access to all common areas, the bathroom, patio, pool and ONE room, designed to ensure your comfort. The second room will remain closed if you don't need it, but this won't affect the total privacy of your stay. There will be no other travelers on the property, ensuring a quiet and completely private space for you to relax and make the most of your time. 🔑 Key Information In each box, you will find three keys: One for the main entrance door. One for the villa's wooden door. One for the room corresponding to your reservation. Upon departure, please return all keys to the designated lockboxes. Other things to note Here is the Spanish translation: ⚡ Electricity and Battery The property ("Le rocher") is 100% solar powered. In the event of excessive battery discharge due to improper use, an additional reconnection fee of $2,400.00 pesos will be applied. It is essential to use the air conditioner sparingly, otherwise the battery runs the risk of being completely drained. Once the battery is fully discharged, it will be necessary to restart the entire system, which requires the intervention of a technician. Subsequently, it will be necessary to wait until dawn for the batteries to recharge. Air Conditioning: IMPORTANT Information For optimal use of the AC, it is recommended to use it for a maximum of 3 hours during the day. During the hot season, this is best done from noon to 3 PM. Effective Tips: Set the unit to a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius (68°F), without lowering it further, to maintain the coolness of the room. A lower temperature may lead to a risk of freezing, reducing the efficiency of the appliance. Activate the ceiling fan in parallel to promote air circulation. You can keep it on at all times. Keep the curtains and windows in the room closed during this period. This way, the room will be cool enough for the night. Use of the Stove: The stove runs on electricity and gas. In the event of a power outage, the stove will continue to operate. To turn on the burner, press the button and turn it to the left. You will hear a "click click click", and the flame will automatically ignite. In the event of a power outage, follow the same procedure, but use a lighter to ignite the burner. Drinking Water (Water Dispenser): Tap water is not potable for drinking or making coffee. A water dispenser, accompanied by a bottle, is provided free of charge. To replace it, you can do so at the convenience store located on the corner of Camino Blanco and Calle Principal, for a cost of 50 pesos. Simply exchange the empty bottle at the counter. Trash Cans: There are two trash cans located outside, to the left of the villa, in front of the battery room. Please close your garbage bags tightly to reduce the intrusion of unwanted insects and pests. Please also close the lids tightly after use. Trash cans are available in each room of the villa, and bags are provided for the start of your stay. We encourage you to minimize your waste. Toilets: 1 toilet in each bedroom. 1 toilet in the common area. PLEASE place used toilet paper in the trash can/wicker basket. Always use a compostable green bag for odors. Compost: There is a concrete compost container located near the trash cans. It is important to deposit only organic waste in it. Pool: A pool technician comes once a week for maintenance. During your stay, you can remove the leaves and run the filter once a day for no more than 3 hours at a time.
