Welcome to Brooklyn! Our house has 4 bedrooms, one bath. It's smoke free. No pets. We are LGBTQ+ & International friendly. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the subway, and 25 minutes from Manhattan. Our home is very quiet and clean, and we are looking for our guests to have the same vibe. Please read the section 'Other Details to Note' here in my listing, read about the monthly cleaning fee, etc. I'm a super host on Airbnb, please check the reviews from my other airbnb listing :) The space The house is only 2 minutes walk from the subway C (see photo). The room comes with queen bed, desk, towel, sheets, blanket and has 2 big windows with curtains. The entrance is located on the first floor of the apt (ground level). That floor has direct access to a large backyard patio. We have a big kitchen with pantry space and granite countertop. Your bedroom is located on the second floor. You will be sharing the kitchen & bathroom with other 3 roommates. In the kitchen you have your own cabinet with coffee, sugar, tea, spices, oil, Italian stove coffee maker, also in the fridge you have your own shelf where you can storage your food and drinks. I am available throughout your stay, without being in your way. Guest access - Airport JFK: We are just 22 minutes away by car - Subway/metro: Take the C train and get off at the stop Rockaway Ave. Then take the exit 'Thomas Boyland St' and walk 2 minutes to our home. During your stay I am available throughout your stay, without being in your way. Other things to note Important notes: The cleaning fee is monthly $100. Airbnb will only charge it once for the first month when you book the room, but the day after of the following month, I will start a new request of $100. Example: New fee of $100 on day 31, a second new fee of $100 on day 61, and so on. If you stay 3 months, you will get a new request of $200. I am an animal lover, but we do not allow pets inside our home. I do feed 2 street cats that sometimes come to the patio. The cats do not get inside the house or closer to people, so no worries you will barely see them outside.
