MAIN BEDROOM: Large main bedroom with queen size bed, reverse cycle heating and cooling, electric blanket. LOUNGE: The expansive front room also includes a large lounge area, with 2 armchairs plus a 2 seater couch to relax with TV and Netflix. SITTING ROOM / SECOND BEDROOM: Comfy area with daybed (which can be made up as a very comfortable single bed, with electric blanket). This area is an open area opposite the kitchenette / dining area, sharing the comfort of a reverse cycle system for heating and cooling. KITCHENETTE / DINING ROOM: This space has cups, glasses, bowls, dishes and cutlery, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Nespresso pod coffee machine. Continental breakfast items are included, such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereal, butter, jam and honey. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. NOTE: The kitchenette is set up for short term stays of a few days. There is NO STOVE or SINK in the KITCHENETTE. Just leave the dirty dishes in the tubs provided to be washed by the host ..... you can rinse them in the bathroom basin, but why not leave it for your host and enjoy your break! ENTERTAINMENT: Smart TV, with Netflix, and an assortment of DVD’s. Unlimited free WiFi is included. There are also board and card games for your enjoyment. BATHROOM: The modern bathroom, large mirror over 2 hand-basins, spacious walk-in shower, fluffy towels, heater lamps, complimentary toiletries including soaps, shampoo and body wash. Guest access You have the space to yourself - with exclusive use of your own entrance, hallway, main bedroom, lounge, sitting room / second bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette / dining areas. You can also use the private front yard. Other things to note GUESTS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES: Easy single level access for those with mobility issues, including guests in wheelchairs, with room to move around. In particular a large walk-in shower, with hand supports if needed.
