Our charming apartment in which we reside all year round is ideally located in the heart of the Camas district, next to Cours Julien, with all amenities nearby (tram, bakery, restaurants, bars, market, supermarket). It was redone by an interior designer and has a total area of 55 m2. Composed of a large bright living room with beautiful open kitchen as well as a large bedroom. The space The apartment is very pleasant to stay in, has a certain character, is bright, refined, warm and comfortable. You have everything at your disposal to cook, settle in comfortably, work if you wish (there is a desk in the room), rest, read, feel at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, everything is new: oven, fridge, freezer, stove) and we obviously have all the cooking utensils. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and an extra fan if needed. The apartment is perfectly suited for a stay of two people but there can be three if you wish because the sofa (non-convertible) is large and comfortable.
