This hidden gem offers the perfect balance between seclusion & convenience. The space This is a 2 bedroom home with gorgeous views of LA, Universal and the Hollywood Sign throughout the entire home. LIVING AREA: Clean and modern. Expect to have all the essentials: Smart TV with Netflix and cable, a comfortable couch, hanging chair and bean bag! KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, enjoy this space all while over looking the views! WASHER & DRYER: On the first level, has its own storage beside the stackable, and provided are laundry pods. SLEEPING: 2 Bedrooms MASTER: King Size Bed, foldable doors for closet space, has its own flat screen TV, standing mirror, & patio space off of the master with plenty of space to relax and take in the views. BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, foldable doors for closet space, gorgeous views from the window of this bedroom. 2 Bathrooms - MASTER BATHROOM: Separate tub and shower, double sinks, and all the necessities you need, toiletries provided. Upstairs BATHROOM: Glass stand up shower. Single sink. Downstairs Bar/Game Room: Pool table & ping pong table. Coca-Cola Cooler/Beer Opener, Large Leather Couch, Flat Screen Smart TV & Fireplace. Upper deck: Plenty of seating 8 people with endless views of Los Angeles, Grill, and a fire pit. FULL Outdoor Gym: Workout while taking in the gorgeous views of LA! Squat rack, free weights, barbells, cable equipment with a large mirror to get in a great workout during your stay! Two car gated parking in front of the house. Guest access Guest have access to the entire space. Other things to note No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. If you do not submit IDs prior to check in, your reservation can be cancelled without a refund. Early Check-In Fees - Check-in time is from 4:00-12:00AM. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee of $75 per hour for checking-in between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m. Early check in must be approved in advance and in writing by any Samantha & Brett's team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check in is not always available* Late Check-Out Fees Check-out time is 10:00 a.m..
