The MIL Apartment is a Lower Level space with a Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Private Bathroom with a two headed shower, Kitchenette, Coffee Pot/Bar, Dining Room/Workspace Area, High Speed WiFi, Rec Room, TV, Cable, Pool Table and Patio. BR Door has it's own lock. Gated to MIL apartment. Guests can use the grills on the shared deck, the shared kitchen and the Laundry Room on the Main Floor. The other Two Separate Bedrooms on the Upper Level come with Full Size beds. Each has a TV, High Speed WiFi and a Coffee Pot/Bar. The upstairs bedrooms Share a Full Bathroom with a shower/tub. Guests are also able to use the shared Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Room and Deck with grills. House has a quiet, open floor plan with a walk out basement. Parking for guests is in the driveway in front of the garage. Pricing is per bedroom booked. Each bedroom holds up to two guests per room for each booking. Extra guests per unit are an additional $25 night. Full size blow up mattresses are available upon request for each of the rooms if needed. Quiet neighborhood. On a circular drive. City park at the end of the block with play scape, volleyball net and walking trails that take you to another city park. More walking trails and stocked ponds you can fish in. Bikes are available for guests to borrow for riding the trails starting in the park. Not for transporting out of the subdivision. They are kept in a hanging rack in the garage. Guests are responsible for blowing tires up and rehanging bikes if they borrow one. Report any mechanical issues to host. Guest parking is for one spot for each reservation, in the driveway. There are five spots in driveway. Three at the top across and two below across behind the top ones. On street parking is available for a 2nd guest vehicle over flow. However, guests may not park within 20 feet on either side to the left or right of the bank of shared mailboxes to the left or right of the house driveway. The post office will leave tickets. Also do not park in front of the neighbors house. Only in front of our house. The neighbors on the even side of the street will get frustrated and make issues of it. There are two on street parking spots in front of our yard/house. Park as close on the cement curb as possible but not on the grass. If more are needed text host for clarification of where to park. You can leave your keys on the table by the front door in the dish and if your car needs to be pulled out to get someone in front of you out. The person leaving will pull your car out then pull theirs out. Then pull yours back in and relock it for you and return the keys to the table. If you prefer they get you to move your own car. That is fine too. Then just keep them in your room but you may be asked to move your car on occasion if people need to leave for work or other reasons. Attempts will be made to coordinate parking in driveway so ones at the bottom are first ones that leave for work in the morning. Lock all cars at all times. No matter the time of day. It is a safe neighborhood but there are a number of people and walkers that come through the neighborhoods. As on very rare occasion over the 16 years we have lived here. Kids have rifled through looking for change and small electronics. Contact host for questions regarding potential pet reservations. If agreed, a small pet booking fee is charged. Cigarette smoking is allowed outside with butts put into a can. Vaping and E cigarette smoking is allowed inside the house.
