A traditional family home with plenty of charm - located 10 min walk (less than 1 km) from the sea and the GR 34, "the most famous of the coastal trails." With fruit trees available, a beautiful terrace, and tranquility. A place to recharge, listen to the birds, and enjoy the sea and the countryside. A place where you can relax in the hammock, have fun on the swing, and read a book while having a drink on the terrace. The space The shared bedroom is located upstairs, as well as the shared bathroom. The toilets are located downstairs, on the ground floor. Open to all, but ideal for solo travelers, hikers, cyclists, families with children, and travelers who are open to sharing. Guest access Breakfast is included :) You will have access to the dining room, living room, garden, terrace, hammock, swing, and fruit trees. There is also a library area and board games. We offer a homemade, local dinner, with some organic products and from the garden when possible: Starter/Main course/Dessert: €20/person. Other things to note The picturesque little port of Dahouët is 2 km away. An ideal place to have a drink in the sun, enjoy local dishes on the terrace, sail, or stroll along the customs trail (the GR 34). At low tide you can also go shore fishing to enjoy the seafood. Val André seaside resort is 4 km away. You can sunbathe on the 2.5 km sandy beach or stroll on the dike, relax at the Spa Marin, play at the Casino, go to the movies, play golf overlooking the sea, enjoy the restaurants and bars, swim at the municipal pool, or go shopping. The Val André nautical center offers sailing courses and rentals for various activities: sailing, paragliding, kite surfing, sand yachting, kayaking... There are also 2 equestrian centers nearby with the possibility of walks on the beach. There are also 4 markets per week (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) nearby to enjoy fresh local products and buy handicrafts from the region.
