Given its position, please note the following regarding access to Oak Hill: Being a working farm, the road to Oak Hill is a gravel road and sometimes cattle and horses may be on the road. There are 2 cattle grids to drive over and after the last cattle grid, the gravel road climbs up to Oak Hill. The road is better suited to SUV’s and 4WD’s however in dry weather, most vehicles are able to access the parking area at the cabin. Some guests may prefer to park their vehicle over the last cattle grid and walk up the road to the cabin (approximately 150m, average incline). We do not allow parking in any other paddocks or areas of the property. As we enter the warmer months, nature becomes more active in our area. We'd like to inform you that, due to our natural surroundings, snakes may occasionally be seen on or near the property. Please be aware of your surroundings when walking outdoors, wear closed-toe shoes if exploring outside and do not attempt to touch, catch or provoke any wildlife. Oak Hill also wishes to advise guests that we are a working farm. As a result, with the nature of farming, guests may occasionally experience associated noise as a result of farming operations. While we will keep this to a minimum, please be aware that you may occasionally see/hear the tractor working in the paddocks, ATV's mustering cattle or simply just the cows calling out to one another. Due to such operations, we kindly remind guests not to enter any of the paddocks or adjoining areas. Registration Details PID-STRA-50292
