Surf Shack Penthouse Apartment

The space There are 3 apartments in the house that I am renting. All 3 apartments are completely private, with their own outside shower, entry, kitchen and living room areas, etc. Other things to note Power and internet cuts sometimes happen in the jungle, though they don’t usually last long. If you plan on working remotely or will be reliant on a 100% no-fail internet service, please note I cannot guarantee that as it is almost always out of my hands. Failing that you could always try The Gilded Iguana hotel which is next door as they have satellite internet. We also live amongst other living beings, which include insects and bugs occasionally being inside the house too! (especially during the rainy season). I try not to use Pest Control with heavy chemicals as each and every creature here has a special purpose and helps to maintain a beautiful, balanced and bio diverse tropical dry forest. We all willingly chose to be in this jungle where these creatures exist. Let’s please respect and allow them to be without disturbing, killing and especially poisoning them! Also, keep in mind that when we use poison of any kind it just moves up the food chain killing all kinds of species as well as running off into the soils and eventually the water table that we drink. 🙏🏽 Opportunistic theft affects all homes in the Nosara area so please be vigilant with your belongings. Please close the doors and all the windows when you leave and put your valuables in the safe situated under the bathroom sink. Whilst there are no construction work next to the property, construction and home improvement noises can be heard from time to time and are unfortunately part of life in Guiones these days, they are only limited to the daytime.
