Additionally, you can enjoy the garden with its terrace and garden furniture but also its children's games. Accommodation managed by Objectif Trip, a concierge for seasonal rentals who takes care of her guests! The space Located in a new subdivision in Courseulles-sur-Mer, you will find in this house: - a lounge area with corner sofa and TV - an open kitchen overlooking a dining area + standing dining - a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer - Toilet - Garage with ping pong table Kitchen facilities: - Fridge/ Freezer - oven - baking sheets, - microwave - coffee machine (filtered) - kettle, - toaster, - dishwasher - dishes On the first floor: - a bathroom with a bathtub, a towel dryer, two sinks and a changing table - one bedroom with two single beds - a bedroom with two single beds also + a children's play area - a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed + a bathroom with shower, towel dryer and sink - a last bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm Garden with terrace and garden furniture/children's games/barbecue. High chair and children's dishes available in the accommodation. Included: Linens (towels, bed sheets, dish towels, bath mat). Please note that recharging electric vehicles is prohibited on the house's sockets. Guest access The accommodation has one floor. You will have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is until 10am maximum. Other things to note No pets allowed in the listing. Please note that the welcome can be done with a self check in.
