The space Located in a new subdivision in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in this house you will find: - a living room area with corner sofa and TV - an open kitchen overlooking a dining area + standing dining area - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer - toilet - a garage with ping pong table Kitchen facilities: - refrigerator/freezer - oven - baking sheets, - microwave - coffee machine (filter) - kettle - toaster, - dishwasher - dishes On the first floor: - a bathroom with a bathtub, towel dryer, two sinks and a changing table - one bedroom with two single beds - one bedroom with two single beds also + a children's play area - one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed + a bathroom with shower, towel dryer and sink - a last bedroom with a 160 cm double bed Garden with terrace and garden furniture/children's games/barbecue. High chair and children's dishes available in the accommodation. Included: Linens (towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats). Please note that charging electric vehicles is prohibited on the house's outlets. Guest access The accommodation has one floor. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note No pets allowed in the accommodation. Please note that check-in can be done with a key box independently.
