New central apartment with sea view

Brand new and modern apartment with stunning sea views. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. Both bedrooms have a double bed with a beautiful view of the sea. Beds will be made upon arrival. Large and small towels will be available. The apartment has a washing/dryer free of use for guests. Outside the apartment there are amazing places where you can see the northern lights, as well as you can see it from your very own balcony. You will receive a map with places to watch Northern Lights. The space There is an open living room-kitchen solution so that the lovely view of the sea and the great mountains can be enjoyed both from the breakfast table or the sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with room for four. The sofa in the living room can easily be turned into a 150 cm bed. If the tenant wants to use this extra bed, there will be linens available in the apartment. In the apartment you will find TV, DAB radio, coffee machine and vacuum cleaner. There is a balcony in front of the apartment with exit from the living room. Here you can sit and enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Here you have a front row seat to the midnight sun in the summer and the northern lights in the winter. Vervet, the area where the apartment is located is a brand new area in the center of Tromsø. A fantastic place with immediate proximity to everything. In the same building where the apartment is located, you will find restaurants, wine bar and beer brewery. From the bakery on level 1, you can order fresh baked goods that can be delivered to the door in the morning, if you wish. Only a stone's throw away from the apartment you will find most things that Tromsø has to offer: sea, mountains, nature, various restaurants, cafe, museum, culture house, cinema, shopping, etc. It is recommended to take a trip along the great caipromenade located right outside the apartment. Close by, there are opportunities to take a trip by boat that takes you on a fishing trip, whale watching or Northern Lights trip, if you are here at the right time of the year. A few meters from this area there is a sauna club where you can book a sauna and bathing experience. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole apartment for themselves. Other things to note If you come by plane, you can take advantage of the bus to get there. Take bus number 42 leaving the airport. Get off at Skippergata bus stop Then walk about 200 meters down towards the sea, then you should see the apartment. The place Gjøastredet 27 is on is quite new. That's why it's not always easy to find it in Googl-maps Therefore search for "Vervet Bakery", from the yard bakery you will see the apartment. If you travel by car you can park at the gas station (CircleK) which is around 100 meters away from the apartment building (under the bridge). There are three parking spaces, where you can buy parking tickets at the parking machine.
