The transformation of this apartment, which worked on for several years, is full of a lot of work, time, creativity, effort, dedication, and we are happy to have managed to give it a new identity. I want everyone who goes through it to feel all the love we put into every corner, into every detail, and to feel comfortable. The apartment has 2 patios, one of which we gave a Mexican touch and the other a more Zen style. Parking and a supermarket next door, the best cafeteria on the corner, and a theater nearby. The space Apartment located in Nueva Cordoba, two blocks from the Guemes neighborhood. It has three bedrooms, we try to give each one a different identity. Two bedrooms have double beds each and the third bedroom has access to the backyard and is more of a space to meditate, do yoga, relax. Other things to note The apartment has a very convenient location. There are two parking lots very close by to park, (one in front and another 50 meters away), you can also park on the street. Supermarket and hairdresser next door. There's an excellent cafeteria and bakery on the corner called La Veredita de Achaval (the roquefort phosphorites, carrot cake and vegetarian sandwich are worth trying) In front there is an exclusive place for organic yerba mate. Two blocks away is the Sanatorio Allende. It is a few blocks from the San Martín Theater and the Patio Olmos Shopping Mall. It's an area with a lot of nightlife, restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is two blocks from the Guemes neighborhood, where there are many craft breweries, on weekends there is a craft fair, there are shops, galleries to visit, I highly recommend the Cova del Drac (excellent cocktails and cuisine).
