As Sevi's Villa is located on the top of Neos Voutzas highest hill, the atmosphere is crystal clear. Sevi's seven-bedroom villa space is 500sq.m surrounded by a green, flowery garden of 800 sq.m Description of the house: - Interior The villa consists of two floors, and an attic. There are five bedrooms offered described as follows: - First floor: Room A. From the first floor guests have access to the front and back spaces of the garden area as well as to the swimming pool and stone BBQ and oven areas. The first floor consists a fully equipped kitchen with all devices, kitchenware and main dining table, main living room and TV area with a 45 inches LED TV, secondary living room, secondary big dining table, office with all office equipment necessary for work, WC, and a master bedroom with a large queen-size bed. - Second floor: Rooms B, C, D, E. Room B: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, and closet room. Room C: Bedroom with a queen bed and closets. Room D: Two single beds and closets. Room E: Bedroom with a queen bed and closets. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a double vanity that serves rooms C, D and E, and the laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer along with the ironing facility. - Third floor: The attic. Room F: A cozy bedroom with a queen bed, closet and bathroom. -Exterior Sevi’s villa is surrounded by a garden of two levels. The first level of the garden area where children can swim in the swimming pool and/or play around the garden, and adults can relax under the sun, eat their breakfast by looking at the incredible view or even have drinks at night time is around the first floor of the house. The second level of the garden area is next to the kitchen and around the other half of the house. On that level, guests can take their breakfast by viewing half or the pool area, the stone BBQ and stone oven. Guest access The guests will have the exclusive access and use of all areas around the house (swimming pool, garden, BBQ and oven area etc.) and garage area enough for two cars.
