A modern, fully equipped private house of 45 sqm in a scenic area. Living room with sofa bed, full kitchen and double upstairs. Patios in three directions, 100 meters to sea bathing and walking distance to Gränsö Castle. Ekhagen's golf course is about 2 km from the accommodation, and it's about a 30-minute walk to Västervik's centre. PLEASE NOTE: Bring your own sheets/towels or rent them for a fee of SEK 150 each Guests are responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is clean upon departure, or they can purchase cleaning upon arrival for SEK 500. The space You have at your disposal the whole house and the area around the house you rent. Our main house is on the same plot, and there is a washing machine in the main building. Guest access The entire area around the house you rent is intended for you.
