Relax with the whole family and friends in this villa. The house is quiet, comfortable and equipped with many services, it offers a large equipped garden exclusively for guests where you can barbecue and rest while enjoying the wonderful view of Cerreto di Spoleto and the Valnerina. It is an excellent starting point for visiting the Sibillini National Park, Spoleto, Assisi, Rasiglia, the Marmore Falls, the Triponzo thermal baths and the many other beautiful sights in the area. The space The house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there are two sofas that can be converted into a double sofa bed, a fireplace, a TV and a table with chairs. In the dining room there is a table that can be extended up to 8 seats and a relaxation/reading area. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso), air fryer and many tools for cooking enthusiasts. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two double bedrooms, one of which is very large with a balcony, equipped with a large wardrobe and a third single bed. Since this last room is very large, it is possible to add a fourth bed or alternatively a cot for small children (supplied to the house with a mattress pillow and dedicated linen). The house is surrounded by a large, unfenced garden, partly flat and partly on different levels. In front of the entrance there is a very panoramic paved area that in the summer we set up with tables, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs. Parking spaces are next to the house. In the back of the garden there is an area equipped with a table and a large barbecue. Guest access The house is at the guests' complete disposal, with the exception of a service room that remains locked. Next to the garden is an alfalfa field that is worked by a farmer: please respect his work and his harvest. Other things to note Please be aware that the stone wall that you can see in the photos does not have a railing and therefore, in the case of very young children, you need to be a little more careful about the difference in height (my nieces have spent many summers in this house since they were babies without any problems, but I think it's right to point it out).
