The main living area boasts expansive living, with fireplace, large dining area as well as an informal breakfast bar. Downstairs is one ocean facing master suite with an ensuite bathroom as well as a kids room with two full beds adjacent to the guest bathroom with shower. Upstairs, is the private main master suite with King bed and en suite bathroom. The bedroom opens to a large roof top deck that connects to the main downstairs deck area. Outdoors you have a direct access to the beach with a new set of stairs as well as BBQ, and deck furniture. Ocean sporting equipment is available at additional cost. The gentle waves are perfect to enjoy some of the best mellow surfing in the entire coast of California.
