We're thrilled to extend a heartfelt invitation to our vacation retreat in the lively city of Udupi, where you can indulge in a cosy and enjoyable stay. This space is designed specifically for "FAMILIES." While we welcome single individuals, we kindly request that they abstain from smoking or consuming alcohol during their stay on our premises. Only one infant per booking. The space The design of this apartment prioritizes safety, especially for families with children. The balcony railing is 5.5 ft high, with 3 ft of toughened glass for additional security. Conveniently situated, the flat provides easy access to Udupi Matt, Malpe Beach, and Manipal. Within a short 5-minute walk, you'll find the renowned "Timmappa Fish Hotel." The living area is fitted with a 2-ton AC, allowing you to escape the heat after a busy day of fun. You can request "Alexa" to play your favourite music for entertainment. If you're a movie enthusiast, you can choose between Amazon Prime Video and Netflix to indulge in your binge-watching cravings on a 50-inch LED TV. Additionally, you can unwind on the balcony while enjoying complimentary tea or coffee, all while taking in the beautiful lush green view. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 32-inch smart TV featuring Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, a 1-ton AC, a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror for your convenience The master bedroom also boasts a balcony (child-safe) that offers a stunning view of the sunrise. Both balconies are furnished with comfortable cane furniture and a centre table, allowing you to relax in style. The apartment features two bathrooms, each with separate dry and wet areas. We provide shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels for your use. The master bedroom has a 25-litre geyser, while the common bathroom has a solar heater connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with an LPG connection, cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, mixer, toaster, rice cooker, refrigerator, and an LG RO water purifier. The utility area, connected to the kitchen, includes a double bowl sink for used utensils and cutlery. It also features a fully automatic LG washing machine (detergent provided) and a ceiling-mounted cloth dryer for your convenience. To enjoy meals together as a family, there is a 6-chair dining table. The carpet area is 1100 sqft. The building offers 24/7 security for safety, a generator that ensures continuous power supply during outages, secure parking in the basement, and a lift providing convenient access to all apartment floors. Please be aware that we do not have control over the main power supply or the internet service. While the apartment is equipped with a backup generator (DG), only essential appliances will operate 24/7 on backup power; heavy electrical items will not function during power outages. Additionally, we have no control over ongoing road extension projects or any renovation work that may be happening within or around the apartment building. Other things to note - The use of tobacco and alcohol is expressly forbidden on our premises. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the imposition of fines. - It is essential to adhere strictly to the house rules, especially during the designated quiet hours. - We strive to provide a great experience. Should you need any assistance or have any concerns during your stay, please notify us in person so we can address them promptly, preventing any negative reviews post-departure. - We understand travelling with infants can be unpredictable. To ensure the upkeep of our furniture and mattresses, we kindly ask that you keep your infant in their diapers. Any cleaning services needed due to accidents will be your responsibility.
