The space Casa Naranja is a fully private brick and concrete villa designed to stay naturally cool by capturing the Caribbean breeze. The house is fully screened, allowing you to keep the windows open and enjoy the jungle sounds in comfort. It features air conditioning, ceiling fans, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Two covered terraces offer inviting outdoor living spaces — one beside the private pool with a large family lounge area and hammocks, and another with a table ideal for working or playing games, plus rocking chairs for relaxing moments. The rancho serves as a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area near the playground, creating the perfect space for gathering and sharing meals. Surrounded by a private botanical garden just steps from a secluded beach, Casa Naranja is designed for living outdoors by day and resting in comfort by night. Every guest can find space to relax, connect, or enjoy a bit of privacy. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, private swimming pool, rancho, and the 3000m² tropical garden. All spaces are completely private and not shared with anyone else. Private parking is available inside the property. Guests also have access to the laundry area. There is no staff living on-site, but Utopia Caribe is always available and happy to assist if needed during your stay. Other things to note Casa Naranja is located in a tropical environment surrounded by nature and is designed for guests who enjoy living close to it. You may see insects, tropical wildlife, and hear jungle sounds, especially at night — this is part of the authentic Caribbean experience. There is no TV, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy the garden, pond, and nearly 400 meters of private trails throughout the property. The house offers 1:1 fiber optic WiFi, providing a fast and reliable connection ideal for remote work. The upper floor (third bedroom) is open to the interior of the house and accessed by stairs without a safety gate. The swimming pool is private and not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy use and turn off air conditioning when leaving the house. Quiet hours are respected to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. For stays of one week or longer, enjoy a complimentary mid-week service. Our housekeeping team will carefully refresh the home, change linens and towels, and maintain the space to the highest standards of comfort and care.
