Family & authentic house, ideally located, bright, with the charm of the old, overlooking garden and terrace. In the heart of Port Navalo, 5 min walk from the beach and the old port, all shops nearby: bakery, press, restaurants and weekly market by the sea. 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor to accommodate up to 8 guests. Possibility to do everything by bike or on foot. The space For the months of July and August, rental from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum. Cleaning is included in the rate. Bed linen (unmade beds), bath towels, bath mats and tea towels provided all year round except for exceptions (annual closure of the laundry in March). On the ground floor: A large living-dining room, with a through view. Large French window opening onto a wooded garden, without overlooking. For your winter evenings: relax around a fire stove (wood not provided but available in nearby supermarkets) 1 equipped independent kitchen. 1 garden view bedroom with double bed 140x200, en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200, one with sink and 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200. A bathroom with a large shower, towel dryer, and toilet. A mezzanine: relaxation area and/or playroom for children. Outdoors: Our village house is surrounded by a wooded garden and a terrace of 30 m² without vis-à-vis. Kitchen side: an adjoining dining area on a shaded terrace with stone barbecue. Relaxing outdoor furniture is at your disposal. Please be considerate of the people with allergies behind you :-) The house is located: - 5-minute walk (500 m) from the family beach of Port-Navalo (Club Mickey) - 150 meters from the small port and its local shops. - 300 m from the cinema "La Locomotive" - art and experimental cinema and all the latest - 800 m from the landing stage (tourist boats serving the islands of Houat, Belle-Ile en Mer, Hoëdic, Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz...) - 1 km from the "Intermarché" supermarket - 1.5 km from the village of Arzon, Port du Crouesty and the Fogeo sailing school - 7 km from the "Golf Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver" golf course - 34 km from the "Vannes" train station (daily shuttles Port-Navalo - Vannes) - No electric car charging possible at the house but terminal 150 m away (on the cinema square).
