Charming Family Farmhouse near Lyme Regis

Charming Thatched Farmhouse on the Jurassic Coast with Garden, Games Room, and projector Cinema room Lower Farm is located in a small village in a beautiful hidden valley close to the Jurassic Coast, just a few minutes drive from Lyme Regis. This renovated historic thatched stone house has six bedrooms and sleeps up to 15 people. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a private front and back garden with patio and fire pit. The space Lower Farm is an old, thatched farmhouse that was once a smuggler hide-away. The house has been recently renovated with everything you'll need for a comfortable break. On arrival we provide a hamper of local produce. The house features a large kitchen, equipped with a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, large hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine with complementary coffee, and an assortment of kitchenware. Olive oil, salt and pepper is provided. From the kitchen, guests can easily access their private patio dining area. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room, which features a large wooden table with benches and chairs. A step down from the dining room is the snug area with a sofa and Smart TV, and an adjoining oak beam sunroom. Up the little staircase from the dining room is the cozy living room with a corner sofa and fireplace. Over the corridor is the cinema room, which is equipped with a 100inch projector screen with surround sound, a large sofa and beanbags. Adjoining the kitchen, you will find the games room where you can find an assortment of games. Upstairs are the six bedrooms. Three have double beds and three Super King beds, which can be separated into two singles if requested. If you are staying with babies, we have two travel cots and a bassinette. The house has 3.5 bathrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) and a downstairs cloakroom. Towels are provided. The house has laundry facilities with a washing machine (washing tablets provided), tumble dryer and clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Our guests can make use of the front and back garden. In the front, you can enjoy the flower garden, while the large back garden has three patio areas: one with outdoor sofa and table area, one with benches for dining and BBQ, and one with a fire pit and seating. The garden is large enough to enjoy outdoor games. The house has great Wi-Fi throughout, Smart TVs with access to complementary Netflix and a collection of board games. Guest access We recommend that we welcome you to the property so that you can make the most of its amenities. However, key-safe access is available if preferred. There is private parking for up to eight vehicles outside the house. Other things to note Central heating can be found throughout the house. Great Wi-Fi speed, complementary Netflix on Smart TVs.
