A cozy small apartment by the sea, with everything you need! Lauttasaari is a fantastic place to live. It’s a studio apartment with a separate sleeping area with a king size bed. Fully equipped small kitchen and a balcony with sea view. The house is situated in the end of a small alley, which makes the surroundings quiet and harmonic. It is only a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and about 8 minutes to the metro. You can get into the city centre in about 10-15 minutes. Other things to note Pls note that in addition to a prohibition to smoke in the apartment, there is also a prohibition to smoke on the balcony as many of the neighbors keep their balcony doors open and the smoke will get into their apartments.
