A secluded architectural retreat set on the banks of a tidal Cleddau estuary in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Panoramic water views, open sky, shifting tides, birdsong and complete privacy — this is a place to slow down, relax and enjoy. Sleeping 8 across four ensuite bedrooms, with private estuary access, a solar heated swimming pool, heated hot tub, wood burner, large dining and reception areas plus an indoor sauna for cold-water plunges at dawn or starlight. Upon entering the house, the impressive staircase will stun you as it drops 5.5 meters away to the ground floor, framed by a huge panel of glass and double doors that lead out onto a large terrace providing floor to ceiling estuary views. Four bedrooms start from a curved corridor at this upper level... - The master bedroom at one end of the hallway benefits from fabulous double aspect views that can be enjoyed from your bed, as well as a private balcony and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. Please be aware that there are steps up into the bedroom and down into the en-suite. - The second principal bedroom has a king bed and is situated at the other end of the house and also benefits from double aspect views of the estuary and a smaller terrace. The en- suite in this bedroom also benefits from a separate shower and bath. - The third bedroom has zip & link bed, estuary views and an en-suite shower room. There are steps in this bedroom between the hallway and en-suite up into the bedroom itself. Please note we will require your preference on whether you want the zip & link bedroom set up as a twin or a super king one month prior to your stay. If you do not confirm your preference the bedroom will be set up as a super king as standard. - The fourth bedroom has a king size bed, estuary views and an en-suite shower room. There are steps in this bedroom between the hallway and en-suite up into the bedroom itself. All the bedrooms have generous hanging space. Kitchen: This is a fabulous open-plan room which unfolds at the bottom of the main staircase into a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for four. This wide spacious room is wrapped around an internal wall with a hidden galley and open to the dining room with a beautiful oak table with seating for eight people. Main Reception Room: A beautifully appointed family sitting room with large TV and a separate study. The family sitting room has two generous sofas as well as three deep armchairs in which to relax and watch television or play a game or just simply to enjoy the view. The Conservatory: A bright and inviting sunroom which doubles as a second sitting area, overlooking the pool and connecting seamlessly with the living and dining space. It features a convenient kitchenette and a cosy wood burning stove, perfect for use from mid September to the end of April. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own matches, firelighters, and wood. Impressive sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace featuring a solar-heated swimming pool, perfect for cooler water swimming before unwinding in the sauna and hot tub. The Sauna: The sauna is available from mid September to the end of April — the perfect complement to a refreshing dip in the cooler pool during these months. Please note that the sauna heating operates for 1.5 hours per day, with a warm-up time of approximately 20 minutes, the sauna may continue to be enjoyed long after the heating has turned off by simply adding water to the coals Stay With Us Throughout the Year Spring & Early Summer Clear light, warm sun on the terrace, long walks to hidden creeks. High Summer Swimming all day, outdoor suppers, water sports Autumn Slow mornings, golden reed-beds, migrating birds, sauna & cold-water rhythm. Winter Perhaps the most beautiful season of all. Dark skies, still water, fires, books, deep rest. The house is open from March to December. We welcome both week-long stays and shorter breaks in the quieter seasons. Guest access The property is accessed by a private driveway. Other things to note THE HOT TUB Isn’t available on the final evening of your stay if we have new guests arriving the same day as your departure. This helps us ensure the hot tub is freshly cleaned, refilled, and in perfect condition for everyone to enjoy. Thanks so much for your understanding! SWIMMING POOL Solar panel heated swimming pool (available from 27th of March 2026 to end of October 2026) additional boiler heating available for £300 per week (please ensure request is made at time of booking or no later than 14 days before arrival, any requests made after this will not be possible). THE SUANA Is available from mid September to the end of April — the perfect complement to a refreshing dip in the cooler pool during these months. Please note that the sauna heating operates for 1.5 hours per day, including a warm-up time of approximately 20 minutes. The sauna may continue to be enjoyed long after the heating has turned off by simply adding water to the coals FIRE PLACE / WOOD BURNER Please do not use the open fireplace in the sitting room/dining room.
