Welcome to my charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath house nestled in the heart of Highland Park, where convenience and character harmoniously blend. It's the perfect place for remote workers and weekend travelers alike. The house has a great private backyard, a deck for morning coffee or evening hangs, and a breakfast bar that is a great place to eat or work. The walls are adorned with art which invites you to get creative during your time in Chattanooga. The space The house is recently remodeled and blends modern conveniences with some of the original charm. Throughout the house you'll find artwork from Greg Notzelman that ads to the unique California boho style. The bedrooms have brand new sheets and both mattresses are very comfortable. You'll also have access to plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so you won't need to buy anything extra while you're here. The house sits on a large lot with a private backyard and an awesome deck for a morning cup of coffee or evening hangs and is perfect for up to four people. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essential cooking utensils and the white cabinet has every spice you could possibly need. Please help yourself. The lazy Susan has a bunch of oils/etc that you're welcome to use as well. The Wifi is EPB (Chattanooga's local internet company) and is 300mbps fiber optic. It's lightning fast and perfect for remote work or streaming on multiple devices. Guest access You'll have access to the entire space except for the basement and the owner's closet (in the front bedroom). If you're coming to Chattanooga and plan on working remote you have access to my office which includes a Mac monitor (note the iMac in the pictures is Not set up). The monitor has an adaptor so that you can use it with any Mac that has a USB C port. It won't work with PCs. I hope you enjoy working back there as much as I do!
