Everything you need is ready in our modern and spacious apartment furnished with brand new furniture! You can have pleasant moments in the garden, by the pool or on your own balcony, and you can enjoy your vacation while the children have fun in the playground in this environment away from the noise. Home comfort and vacation pleasure together! The space Apartment Features • Our 2+1 large and spacious apartments are ideal for families of 4. • There is 1 master bedroom with a double bed and 2 children's rooms with single beds. • All rooms have closets and comfortable beds. Kitchen and Dining Area • All the equipment you may need to cook in our fully equipped kitchen (pot, pan, fork, knife, glass, spice rack, glass, etc.) is ready. However, there are no foodstuffs (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). • Stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine and tea machine are available. • There is a dining table for 4 people both inside and on the balcony. You can enjoy a pleasant meal either in a cool environment with air conditioning or outdoors. Garden and Social Areas • There is a barbecue area in our garden. You can let us know if you want to have a barbecue. • Coffee, sun loungers and patio enjoyment await you by the pool. • There is also a ping-pong table in the garden that you can use for free. Living Room and Rest Area • The living room has a comfortable sofa, two single armchairs and a television. • You can end the day in peace by watching the sunset from your balcony. Bathroom • Our spacious and new bathroom has hot water 24 hours a day. Other things to note Important Notes • Since our area is a new residential area, some construction works are ongoing in the vicinity. This can lead to dust on the balconies and the view may be beyond your expectations. However, the peaceful environment within the site and the comfort of our apartment will make you forget this situation. • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside our apartments. There is an ashtray for smoking on the balcony of each apartment. Please make sure to smoke only in the balcony areas. • Single male guests or male groups are not accepted. • Maximum accommodation capacity: 4 adults + 1 infant (0-2 years). Cribs are provided upon request. The host reserves the right to cancel or charge extra fees for guests who misrepresent and exceed the maximum capacity. Floor Information and Preferences • Our building has 5 floors and we have apartment options on different floors. • There is an elevator that facilitates access to all floors. • If you have a floor preference, you can choose the most suitable apartment for you by reviewing our other listings. The apartments are located in blocks A and B.
