The Property has outdoor cameras and noise detection devices that are monitored at all times.* *There are 2 houses on this lot. This listing is for the front house (1 house) only. The yard, patio and pool are located between the 2 houses. The back house (other house) is rented separately to other groups of Guests. The back house is not included in this rental. The yard, patio and pool are available to all Guests in both spaces. There may be interaction with other Guests outside of your private space. A large kitchen island with 6 stools as well as a small kitchen table provide the perfect areas for collaboration/work, dining, playing a game and/or socializing. Downstairs: Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 1 single day bed Master bathroom: bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks Guest room #1: 1 queen bed (This room has the french doors with blinds for privacy) Guest room #2: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds (bunk bed) Half-bathroom Living room: 2 couches and a large TV. The TV is equipped with Amazon Fire TV that streams Netflix and other content. No cable TV. Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware. Upstairs Guest room #3: 1 queen bed Guest room #4: 1 queen bed Bathroom Amenities -Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. -Closet space and/or hanging space is available in most bedrooms. -Energy efficient central HVAC with touch screen controls. -High speed WIFI. -Fresh towels. -Coffee. -On-site laundry with detergent, softener and bleach available. -Iron and ironing board. -Hair dryer. -Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Parking: Our street requires residential permit parking. We have hang tags for 2 vehicles to park on the street in front of the hose during the stay. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked 1 or 2 blocks east where there is no residential permit parking. Furnishings and amenities will be as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. Items in description/pictures are not guaranteed. You will have access to the entire house, pool, and pool area. Do not enter into the back house footprint. Do not park in parking spaces on Property accessible through alleyway. I give my guests space but am available when needed The house sits on a quiet street in the trendy East Austin neighborhood. Downtown Austin, including 6th street, Rainey St. and the Convention Center are all within 1/2 mile. You can easily walk to some of the best restaurants, breweries, bars, music and entertainment. East Austin hot spots start just one block away! I strive to provide my Guests with the perfect home base in the perfect location for exploring what Downtown Austin has to offer. I am available for suggestions of places to check out and uniquely Austin activities! Parking: Our street requires residential permit parking. Or, use the local non-profit ride share company RideAustin. Taxi Car2Go B-cycle Bus **Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After six guests, the rent increases by $50 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
