This villa by the sea is for true nature lovers. The large garden, practically an oasis, borders the sea. 7 km away is the village of Pachino where you can stock up on everything you need (supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, medical guard). The villa is reached by car from Catania airport. 12 km away is the nightlife of the village of Marzamemi, 28 km from Noto (UNESCO site of the Sicilian Baroque) , 59 km from Syracuse with the beautiful Ortigia, etc...
