Most people come here because they love the peace of our exquisite garden courtyard with a waterfall and koi pond and the richness of the historic craftsman Main House. Its a restful place to stay with the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Downtown with its restaurants, nightlife & the Shakespeare Festival are an easy three blocks walk away! Off season weekly and monthly rates are available. We can easily add a roll-away bed for an additional cost. We have 5 units for larger parties. The space Our property is centered around a shared beautiful serene courtyard garden with mature shady trees, pathways and shared seating areas with dappled and full sunlight, a serene koi pond and trickling waterfall. On one side we have the Historic Main House with an attached Rosebud Unit. On the other side we have the Carriage House with 4 attached rentals, Love-In-Idlenss, Cuckoo-Bud, Lower Suite and Upper Suite. Each unit has either semi or fully private deck. Your hosts, live in the Main House, and sometimes offer the downstairs with its craftsman living room, dining room, full kitchen, and breakfast nook and deck, for larger parties who really like to gather with merriment and food! This private room has a king-sized bed The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, fridge, and coffee/tea set up with K-Cups. Smart TV, mini-split heating and cooling, and WiFi are available. The table and chairs on the patio is the perfect place to enjoy the garden shared by other guests. Located next door to the Cuckoo-Bud Room. Guest access Beyond the comfortable unit, you have access to a balcony deck shared with the neighboring Cuckoo Bud, and the rest of the garden courtyard & koi pond. There are chairs and tables that moved so you can enjoy breakfasting, readying, or sitting in many places in the garden. During your stay We enjoy offering whatever help you may need and happy to share our recommendations. We are available through the AirBNB app. We will also give you your on-site host's mobile number. We find texting to be very useful. Other things to note This unit is located next to our Cuckoo-Bud Unit, we do have some sound proofing between the rooms so they are pretty quiet and private. For a party of 3 we automatically provide a roll-away bed. If you are a party of 2, you can add a roll-away bed for an extra fee.
