This very quiet country getaway sits on a hill at the end of a mile long dirt road. We are surrounded by 100+ acres of woods, old farmland and wildlife. Our above garage studio is spacious and features a private entrance and self-check-in. The area is lovely in all seasons. We are a 10-minute drive from Main Street, Greenwich and 35 minutes to Broadway in Saratoga Springs. A scenic drive to the shops in Manchester, Vermont and the Lake George Adirondacks region is just under an hour. The studio features a private entrance, queen bed, coffee station, mini frig, microwave, air-fryer, air conditioner, work area, Wi-Fi and full bathroom w/ shower and tub. There's a TV, but no cable. A washer, dryer and iron are available in the nearby breezeway. Just call or text and I'll open the room; laundry detergent is supplied. Indoor garage privileges apply for one car. There is a small outdoor sitting area on the left side of the garage as you exit the studio. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in warm weather. Bird, wildlife and exercise enthusiasts can take advantage of walks on the long private dirt road. We are "hands off" hosts and respect your privacy. The private driveway is a well-maintained mile long dirt road. Although our road is reliably plowed and sanded after a snowfall, it requires AWD vehicles in the winter months. It's very quiet up here on the hill. At night, you might hear coyotes. You won't hear neighbors. The town of Greenwich has a few quaint breakfast and lunch cafes. Main Street Cafe is a good, inexpensive breakfast spot. Wallie's Restaurant is a local favorite and serves dinner (with lunch hours on weekends.) Take out pizza, Thai, and Chinese are also available. Twins Thai is very good. There's a Greenwich Dunkin, McDonalds and Hannaford Supermarket. Saratoga Springs is a 30+ minute drive west on 29 and has a lot of good dining options! Although we are reliably plowed and sanded in winter months, an AWD vehicle is required during this season. There is no smoking in the studio or anywhere on the property. Thank you.
