This very quiet country getaway sits on a hill at the end of a mile long dirt driveway, surrounded by 100+ acres of woods, old farmland & wildlife. The spacious above-garage studio features a private entrance and self-check-in. There is a small seasonal outdoor sitting area. We're a 10-minute drive to Main St., Greenwich and a 35-minute drive to Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Manchester, Vermont shopping & the Lake George Adirondacks region is a scenic drive of just under an hour. The space The above garage studio features a private entrance, queen bed, coffee and tea station, mini frig, microwave, air-fryer, air conditioner, work area, Wi-Fi and full bathroom w/ shower and tub. There's a TV, but no cable. You won't hear neighbors in our secluded spot, but you might hear coyotes at night! Guest access A washer and dryer (and iron) are available in the nearby breezeway for longer stays. Just call or text and I'll open the room. Laundry detergent is supplied. Indoor garage privileges apply for one car. There is a small outdoor sitting area to the right side of the garage as you enter the studio. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in nice weather. Bird, wildlife and exercise enthusiasts can take advantage of walks on the long private dirt road. Other things to note Please drive slowly on our long dirt driveway. Although the road is reliably plowed and sanded in winter months, an AWD vehicle is required during this season. There is no smoking in the studio or anywhere on the property. Thank you.
