Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access. The space The accommodation has air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker (with coffee and tea), stove, fridge. There is one bedroom with a double bed downstairs and another double bed in the mezzanine. Guest access The accommodation is accessible through the shared courtyard with the guest house. A small terrace is located in front of the accommodation. The fenced pool is shared with guests from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can park their car on the property. Trailer and caravan accepted. Other things to note I offer a breakfast to order including a small fresh fruit salad, local fruit juice, milk, bread, butter and homemade jams, yogurt, egg and homemade treats for €10/person. I also offer boards for the aperitif. The accommodation is located outside the village of Chanas, in the countryside, on the edge of a field, not far from the orchards of the Rhone Valley. A car or bike is required to get around. The nearest railway station is St Rambert d'Albon, located about 3 km away. The A7 highway entrance/exit is 2.5 km away. There are some shops in the village 1.5 km away: a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a butcher-deli, a bakery, a convenience store. A "Green 7" shopping area is a 5-minute drive away and includes many stores. Some places you can visit nearby: the Peaugres safari (15 km), the Facteur Cheval Ideal Palace in Hauterives (26 km), the towns of Vienne and St Romain-en-Gal with many Gallo-Roman remains (28 km), the St Martin la Plaine zoological area (40 min), the beautiful city of Lyon 45 minutes away by road. You can also dare to take a hot air balloon ride next to the town of Annonay (20 km) or visit the beautiful medieval village of Malleval (15 km). The nearby Pilat range and its natural park can also allow you to hike, tree climb (35 min), or go down the slopes of the range by scooter. The accommodation is also located close to the Viarhona and a "Drôme by bike" route. For wine lovers, the vineyards and producers of Côtes-rôties and Condrieu are nearby.
