This fully renovated vacation villa has recently been finished to the last detail and offers the ultimate luxury experience for everyone. With high quality decoration and attention to detail, this villa is beautifully decorated and the peaceful surroundings will make you completely relax. The facilities in the villa will appeal to both adults and children, including a heated indoor swimming pool (28 degrees), a billiards area and a private bowling alley. Children will love the playground nearby, while the adults can relax on the south oriented sun terrace with partial sea and dunes views, equipped with windshields, outdoor and lounge furniture and a BBQ. The spacious and well equipped kitchen offers everything you may need during your stay, including 3 combi ovens. There is also a built-in coffee machine available, but you must bring your own coffee beans. The villa can accommodate up to 16 people, spread over 8 bedrooms. On the lower floor there is 1 bedroom with a private shower room and sink. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which are connected to an intermediate shower room. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have a TV. On the second floor, there are another 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Additional cars can park on the street, for which a fee applies during weekends, holidays, Belgian school holidays, June and September. => Check-out: when the possibility is there, check-out can be left at noon, only provided that the cleaning crew is already allowed to enter the Villa from 10 a.m. and start in certain rooms upstairs.
