Villa Kadena - Luxury Villa with Private Pool

If you choose to stay at our Villa Kadena in Puntinak, you will probably spend the most of your free time on one of our big terraces. If you have a little cocktail in the morning, you might aswell confuse our pool with the sea, because of its magical turquoise, sea-like colour. You also might enjoy the fact that you can come here with a whole bunch of friends or family members, including the furry ones, but at the same time you have two seperated living spaces so you can enjoy your alone time. The space Our Villa Kadena is located in the small secluded village Puntinak. It has its own garage with enough space for 4 cars. There are two seperated apartments which are meant to be used by a smaller group of friends or family, ideally 8 people can live here. Both apartments are fully equipped, in each apartment there are two bedrooms, one large kitchen with a dining area and a living room and one bigger bathroom. The first apartment has a big terrace with a dining table for 8 people, and the second apartment has its own balcony with nice outdoor furniture. On the ground floor there is a huge terrace with lots of deck chairs and a 40 square meter big pool. There is also a small kitchenette so you can make yourself a cocktail directly by the pool. The villa is just a few steps away from the beautiful sea where you can enjoy your time. Guest access While staying in our Villa Kadena, you have the whole house for yourself. One big garage, several terraces, the garden, a big pool and two whole apartments which can accomodate up to 10 people. Other things to note A little something about the village Puntinak, it is located on the east side of the island of Brač. It is consisted of a lot of family houses and small beaches, so it is really peaceful and quiet. The nearest beach is just a few steps away from the Villa and you can choose between concrete beaches, a pebble peach or rocky beaches. In our village you can enjoy your cocktail or coffee in on of the two beach bars located 500 meters away from the Villa. There is also a famous restaurant which serves a lot of dalmatian dishes and delicious sea food. The closest market is in Selca, 2 km away and while you drive towards the market you can stop at the gas station which is just 1km away. There are a lot of boat rentals nearby and one bike rental directly by our Villa. The airport is also pretty close, 15km away.
