Security & concierge is available 24/7. Our space features the ff: LIVING AREA - TV with Netflix & Youtube - Fiber 60 Mbps Wifi - Stand fan - Split-type aircon extends to the sleeping area, living area & kitchen - Workstation SLEEPING AREA - Queen-sized bed with fresh & clean linens (bed cover, flat sheet, duvet w/ cover, pillows) - Flat iron - Hangers - Hair dryer - Lots of cabinets/dressers DINING AREA & KITCHEN - 2-seater dining table & chairs/island bar - Induction cooker - Rice cooker - Fridge - Microwave - Pots, pans & other basic cooking utensils for light cooking - Drinking glass, wine glass, cups, plates, bowls, spoons, forks & other eating utensils - Electric kettle - Knives - Some cleaning solutions - One-time complimentary 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1L of mineral water & 2 bags of locally sourced drip coffee with 4 packs of sugar & cream which you may freshly brew using our gooseneck kettle. If available, luggage may be dropped off in the unit starting at 12:00 PM. Check-in remains at 3:00 PM. Luggage Storage Luggage Drop-Off Storage in the Building ✔️ If you arrive earlier than the check-in time (3:00 PM), you may leave your luggage at the building. Please approach the front desk and fill out the luggage drop-off form. They will give you a copy of the form, and you just need to present it when claiming your luggage/items. Please note that we are not liable for any lost items. ⸻ Amenities ✔️ Access Policy Amenities are for registered guests only. ✔️ Pool – Free Access Due to ongoing waterproofing and exterior repainting works facilitated by the condo administration since August 13, pool access is limited to the following schedule: Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM onwards (whole day) We recommend planning your swimming activities around these hours. 📍 7th Floor (You may proceed directly to the pool) ✔️ Proper swimwear is required. ⸻ ✔️ Gym – Free Access Open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, except Mondays (closed for maintenance). This is a small, basic gym with limited equipment. 📍 7th Floor (You may proceed directly to the gym) Garbage Disposal ✔️The garbage room is located on the same floor as your unit (end of the hallway). You can dispose of trash at any time. ⚠️ Do not leave garbage outside the unit, hallways, or common areas. This is strictly prohibited. Any penalties will be charged to the guest. ⸻ Parking On-site Pay Parking (Limited Availability) ✔️ Subject to availability; rented from other homeowners. Please inquire in advance. Rate: ₱500/night Alternative Parking – Paseo Steel Parking (400m away). Please inquire about rates directly from them. Note: Parking rates and availability may change. Parking concerns are beyond the host’s liability. ⸻ Cleaning Services ✔️ Free 1 mid-stay cleaning for month-long stays (must be scheduled in advance). Includes linen and towel replacement. ✔️ Short stays: Extra cleaning available at ₱1,000 per service. ⸻ Extra Linens (Subject to Availability) ✔️ Towels, pillowcases, rugs: ₱50/pc ✔️ Bedsheets: ₱100/pc Advance notice required. ⸻ Laundry ✔️ Scheduled pick-up and next-day delivery (except Fridays): ₱45/kg, minimum 8 kg (₱360) ✔️ Different rates apply for other linens ✔️ No same-day service; please schedule in advance ✔️ Alternative Option: A laundry shop is available on the 7th floor of the building (independently operated and not affiliated with us) ⸻ Repairs & Maintenance ✔️ Please inform us immediately of any issues. We’ll arrange a handyman as soon as available. ✔️ Some requests may be limited at night. For minor issues, we may assist via chat or call. Other things to note Guest Pass & Check-In Requirements To ensure a smooth check-in, please note the following: ID Submission: All guests must submit a copy of their valid ID at least one day before arrival for admin approval. This is a building requirement, so we must comply. No approved guest pass = No entry. Late submissions may delay your check-in process. To avoid any issues, please send your ID as early as possible. Upon Arrival: • Present your ID at the lobby. • Log your details in the online guest system or physical logbook. • Once verified, you'll be allowed to proceed to the unit. --------------------------------------------------- Check-In & Check-Out: •Self-check-in & checkout via a lockbox. •Full check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees (subject to approval & based on availability): •First 2 hours: ₱1,500 •Beyond 2 hours: Full nightly rate Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. House rules: •No smoking, pets, or parties •Turn off appliances when not in use •Basic cooking only (no smelly food) •Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM •No unregistered guests For Long Stays (20+ days): Enjoy 1 free mid-stay cleaning—please schedule in advance. Fresh linens and towels included. We regularly conduct grease trap cleaning and maintenance in all our homes. If you notice an unusual smell (rare and mostly during hot seasons), it may come from the pipes due to the building's age. Rest assured, the building maintenance team is aware of this. --------------------------------------------------- 📢 Building Maintenance Notice (Until March 30) Please note that the condominium building is currently undergoing repainting and re-waterproofing works, as part of routine building maintenance. What to expect: Maintenance activities may involve intermittent noise (such as grinding) during daytime hours. Workers may be present outside the building façade, including near windows or balconies. The works are scheduled to run until March 30. Guest tip: For guests who are light sleepers or sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort. What we’ve done: We have ensured the unit remains clean, secure, and fully functional for your stay. Curtains are provided for privacy should workers be visible outside the unit. While most guests are still able to enjoy a comfortable stay, we want to be fully transparent so you can plan accordingly—especially if you are working from the unit or prefer a quieter environment.
