The space The house, which is entirely on one level, can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends and features: Inside: - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, including a master suite - 2 bathrooms (one with shower and toilet, the other with bathtub) - A welcoming and bright living area with living/dining room - The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook easily during your stay: oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary kitchenware. 👶 Family-friendly amenities To make your stay with a baby easier, several amenities are available: - Baby cot (crib) (bring a 70 x 120 sheet) - Infant car seat, 0–12 months - high chair - changing table Outdoors: - Dining table for 6 - Sunbeds - A BBQ is available for outdoor dining. 💦 The pool The house has a 7 m x 3 m private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Corsican sun. The pool is not heated. From November to April, it is in winter storage and covered with a tarpaulin with straps. 📍 Great location to explore the local area The house is ideally located to discover the most beautiful spots in Haute-Corse: - Bastia 30 minutes away (you can take the train from Borgo station) - Saint-Florent 30 minutes away - L’Île-Rousse 1 hour away - Calvi 1.5 hours away You can easily explore the beaches, villages, and mountains. 🌿 Important to note The house is located in a quiet residential subdivision. To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we ask guests to respect the place and the surrounding area. Guest access Transportation: If you choose to come by car, two spaces are available in the driveway, which is secured by the gate. When it comes to other modes of transportation, here's some information you may find helpful: - Commercial port: Bastia, 17 km away (approx. 30 minutes’ drive) - Nearest airport: Bastia Poretta, 5.5 km away (approx. 10 minutes’ drive) - Train: Borgo Station – 20-minute walk Other things to note - Linens and towels included. - Free WiFi (fiber optic) available. - Air conditioning throughout the property. - No pets allowed in the listing. - Baby equipment available in the accommodation: crib, high chair, changing table, books & games. - The cleaning package includes preparing the accommodation for future guests and laundering the linens.
