We built all of the wood furnishings from scratch and put this home together for us and are now sharing it with our guests to enjoy. We live in the unit behind this house and will be available as needed. Brand new furnishings and everything you need to make you feel at your home away from home. There are desks in the bedrooms for those who need a workspace. The garage is accessible, but NOT finished. Washer and dryer are there. We are working to finish it in the coming months. Guest access The entire house will be yours for access. The garage has the washer and dryer if needed, but the garage is unfinished. Other things to note No smoking, vaping of any kind is allowed in or around the house. If you smoke, do not stay here. Any smells or signs of violations will be charged $750. Any unapproved guests or visitors upon check in or during stay will be charged $40 per person, which is double the extra guest fee upon booking. Please inform us if number of guests change prior to arrival. No pets allowed please. Any unapproved pets will be charged a $750 cleaning fee.
