Other things to note The house is very well situated to be a 90 second walk to the beach and high street, 5 mins to the harbour, and a 20 minute drive to Canterbury which is home to England’s oldest Cathedral. Whitstable train station is a 15 minute walk. In the opposite direction a 15 minute drive to Herne bay which has mini golf, arcades, and an action packed pier all on the beach front. However, if you are keen to stay in Whitstable there are plenty of activities to do with the family such as water sports, bowling, swimming, tennis, and a bike/skate park. .
