This cosy colorful apartment is located in a very charming area of Bucharest - Piata Amzei - at a walking distance from all the main attractions, being also very well connected with the rest of the city by public transportation. The property will be a perfect fit for you, no matter if you're travelling for leisure or business. The space The bright and colorful apartament is suitable for solo travelers or couples/couples with kids. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking (with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven) and has a shared balcony with the living room. The cutlery is located in the top green drawer underneath the stove. Inside you will find another white drawer and this is where you will find all the cutlery, the bottle opener and anything you might need for the kitchen. The balcony is decorated with plants, has a table that can be used for dining or for working and faces the parking and a beautiful art nouveau theater. The living room has an extendable couch, plenty of storage spaces, a big tv, a LG soundbar, a pick-up with a small collection of vinyls and plenty of books. Please be considerate and kind and don’t take any of the books or vinyls with you as they belong the collection of the owner. The drawers can be opened by pushing their doors (push to open system). The same goes for closing them. The bedroom has a big comfy queen-size bed, and also many spaces for storage, with the same push to open system. This room is equipped with blackout curtains and air conditioning. Sockets: the apartment has sockets in every room. Please see the house manual for more details regarding their location. The heating in the entire apartament is through the floor and the temperature is controlled by the thermostat you will find in the living room . You can adjust the temperature by pressing on the arrows (up for temperature increase, down for decrease). For warm summer days and nights, the AC in the bedroom will cool down the entire apartment. The AC is controlled by the remote you will find in the bedroom.
