Welcome to the most original part of Old Bavaria, the Upper Palatinate. Here in the front Bavarian forest, surrounded by nature, the former farm "Boier" is located in the hamlet of Tännesried, only 5 minutes away. walk from the 9-hectare natural swimming lake Mühlweiher. On the completely fenced property, a shady terrace and a covered patio with barbecue invite you to relax. 3 private parking spaces at the house. The house is not wheelchair accessible. Arrival by car is recommended. The space You enter the lovingly furnished rustic-style house via a small granite threshold. From the spacious entrance area on the ground floor with a wardrobe and bench, you can reach a bedroom, bathroom and parlor without thresholds. From the traditional parlor, the cozy center of the house with dining area, fireplace and small sofa, you can reach the fully equipped kitchen, which has an exit to the porch and the covered barbecue area. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with an extra deep bathtub, shower with seating, toilet and washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 3 more bedrooms (one with balcony, one with walk-in closet), as well as another bathroom with shower. The price refers to an occupancy of 4 people, each additional person is plus €10.00/day. Cleaning costs are not charged. Bed linen and hand and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. Guest access The fully fenced property with garden, terrace and barbecue area is available for the guests only. Other things to note A corner store in the neighboring village of Kulz, Supermarkets in the cities Rötz, Neunburg vor Wald or Oberviechtach ensure the supply. Fresh milk and eggs can be purchased from the farmer next door (Krämer family) (out of the small garden door and then left behind the hedge up the street). If you want to see cows, please ask there. Please DO NOT enter the stables or barns of the neighbors without being asked - danger to life!
