The space The home features four bedrooms: (1) The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and double vanity. There are three bedrooms on the main floor: (2) A second king bedroom with an attached full bathroom. (3) A queen bedroom with ample closet space and dresser storage. (4) A bunk room designed with families in mind, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom includes dresser storage and closet space (smaller closet in the bunk room). The home also includes three 55-inch Smart TVs located in both king bedrooms and the living room. Parties are not permitted. Please be considerate of our well-maintained home, and furniture. Guests may bring one pet (cat or dog) for a fee. We have a ring system installed with a camera at the front door and can provide a code for entry. The home is equipped with an alarm system. We hope you won’t need it, but a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located in the kitchen in the event of an emergency. Other things to note The property has a ring doorbell system installed with a camera monitoring the front of the house only.
