Welcome to The Bear’s Den — a winter -ready, pet-friendly Vermont retreat designed for families who want to be together without feeling crowded. Cozy up by the fireplace, enjoy an open living space with games and gathering areas, and be a short drive from Mount Snow. Set on nearly 4 peaceful acres, this 1800 square foot home offers space to spread out, thoughtful storage, and practical amenities that make winter travel with kids easier. Sleeping Arrangements The home includes three bedrooms with five total beds and comfortably accommodates families traveling together. Additional sleeping arrangements may be possible, depending on group preferences. • Primary Bedroom (“Maws & Paws”) King bed, generous storage, and a storage bench at the foot of the bed • Bedroom with Queen + Full-Size Loft Includes a Smart TV and dedicated desk — ideal for kids, teens, or remote work • Second Bedroom with Queen + Full-Size Loft Comfortable and spacious, with room to unpack Two renovated bathrooms include rain showers, bidet toilets, and a soaking tub in the downstairs bath — perfect after long ski days. Fresh bath towels are provided. One additional bedroom and a utility room are locked for owner storage. Winter-Ready & Easy The Bear’s Den is thoughtfully set up for winter stays. • Professionally plowed driveway (same company for 5+ years) • No steep grade for easy winter access • Baseboard heat throughout A large entryway provides plenty of space for skis, boots, and winter gear, making arrivals and departures easy. It may not be the best fit for groups seeking a party environment. Seasonal rentals welcome. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any unlocked space in the unit. There is a laundry room on the main level. The back deck is perfect for enjoying nature. Four digit PIN code will be provided to open the front door. Parking is ample in the circular driveway. Other things to note We ask that you be mindful of noise levels from 11 pm-8 am.
