Two Grooms Cottage in Dunster is a beautifully presented holiday home arranged over two levels, sleeping up to 6 guests across three double bedrooms, one of which benefits from a large en-suite, plus a family shower room. Entering on the upper level, a spacious entrance hallway offers plenty of room for shoes and coats. The space The first floor is home to an open-plan kitchen with dining area, fitted with an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, integral fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, along with a separate sitting room featuring a TV with DVD player. A washing machine and tumble dryer are tucked away in the cupboard under the stairs. There is a wood-burner in the sitting room, though it is not available for use due to safety reasons. The three double bedrooms and family shower room are located on the lower level, with the main bedroom also benefiting from a TV with DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided throughout for your convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy a small courtyard with a bench and potted shrubs, accessed via one of the bedrooms, as well as a further seating area for two on the upper level, complete with a small table and, on a clear day, distant sea views. Off-road parking is provided for up to three cars, with one space directly beside the house near the pedestrian gate, ideal for loading and unloading, and further parking on the drive at the far end of the house. Wifi, heating and electricity are all included in the price, with central heating throughout that can be adjusted to suit your preferences. The property is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility and there is no wheelchair access. It is suitable for children but sorry, no dogs are permitted, and the property operates a strict no-smoking policy. Out of consideration for neighbours, stag, hen and drinking parties are not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm, with check-out by 10am.
