The space Welcome to our beautiful home in Porto San Giorgio, just a short walk from the sea! The apartment is characterized by a refined design, where the walls of each room have a different color, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, inside you will find two very rare pieces of furniture for YACHTS, for a touch of exclusivity. Among the main strengths, you will find the air conditioner in the rooms, to guarantee maximum comfort even during the hottest days, and the private parking reserved at the foot of the apartment, for maximum convenience. The brightness of the house is incredible, thanks also to the two large windows in each room. The apartment consists of two large double bedrooms, each with two queen size beds, nightstands and a chest of drawers, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The DESIGN kitchen is complete with all the main accessories, including an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine with pods and a complete set of cutlery and pots of various sizes. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, TV and armchair, to relax after a day at the beach. The recently renovated functional bathroom includes full bathroom fixtures, a walk-in shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, everything you need for your daily hygiene. For families with small children, we are happy to offer a comfortable camping cot available during your stay. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into the house 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always impeccable even for those arriving later (especially allergic or very sensitive guests), after a stay with animals we carry out a more thorough cleaning. To cover these additional interventions, a fee of €40 is provided in addition to the standard cleaning cost, which will be requested during self check-in. Once the booking is made, online check-in will be handled through a dedicated software of our manager, designed to make the process quick and easy. During this process, you will be asked to: 1. Pay the tourist tax as per the Municipality. 2. Upload the identity documents of all guests, as required by law (Article 109 of the TULPS), to ensure recognition and fulfill regulatory obligations. 3.
