The space The unique and exclusive residence is located within the owners' residence and is cared for in every detail. Tastefully furnished and in harmony with the historical character of the building, it has a romantic four-poster bed, a small but functional kitchenette, a private bathroom with double sink and a view that embraces the surrounding gentle hills. In the music and reading room, it is possible to set up two additional beds, ideal for accommodating children. Every morning, the awakening is enlivened by Carolina's homemade desserts, served directly in the suite for an intimate and delicious breakfast. Guest access Outside, guests can enjoy a large panoramic swimming pool, a playground, mountain bikes for adults and children, a barbecue area, and many green spaces to relax. The true soul of the farm, however, are the farmyard animals: ornamental chickens, turtles, cats, fish, peacocks and two affectionate English cockers give moments of joy and wonder, especially to the little ones. The strategic location allows you to easily reach some of the pearls of Umbria: - Assisi, with its Basilica of San Francesco and the silent medieval streets, - Perugia, a lively city of art and culture, home to Eurochocolate and important international events, - and villages such as Todi, Spello, Bevagna and Montefalco, immersed in breathtaking landscapes and millennial history. Four-legged friends are welcome, with no size limits, as long as they are used to being with other animals and carefully accompanied in the common areas. During your stay My wife and I both have rather demanding jobs; we are usually at home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and on weekends we stay nearby. However, we are always available by phone for any need. We and our children are happy to spend time with guests, if they wish, sharing moments of conviviality in the residence park: an opportunity to get to know each other, tell each other stories and let the little ones play together in a familiar and relaxed atmosphere.
