A security deposit of 3000 Thb for car parking equipment is requested, which will be returned upon return of parking equipment and no damage, a registration service charge is 300thb, non-refundable. Further more, Management office restrict face scan registration adding/changing（for access of elevator and common area）therefore pls be noted, adding more face scan or changing face scan after check in date is not possible.
