UNIaparts Type A - Near the hospital / university

The apartment building UNIaparts in Regensburg. Rent, move in, feel at home. Our apartment building is located in the Oberisling district of the south of the city. Nature at your doorstep, surrounded by fields and woods, makes our apartment building attractive. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. 25 minutes walk to the university 15 minutes walk to the clinic 20 min bus to the city center/main train station The space UNIaparts is located in a quiet side street, but only 50 meters from the bus stop to the center. The rooms go out to the south and are all in the upper floors of the building. There is no elevator. The building was built in the 1970s, the apartments are being renewed more and more. Guest access Each apartment has 1. Bathroom with shower (with shower curtain), sink and toilet 2. Small built-in kitchen with refrigerator and (cooking)dishes 3. Living area with bed(s), desk, dining table and wardrobe. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer (can be used for a fee) and suspension options. When booking 2 people: Please let us know if the apartment should be equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). By default (if we don't hear from you), the apartment is equipped with 2 x single beds. For short-term bookings, a conversion cannot be guaranteed.
