An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The accommodation is perfect for a couple, but can also accommodate a family with 2 children, but not 4 adults. 025044-LOC-00301 – IT025044C2U74B4BTG The space The space consists not only of the panoramic apartment but also of a grill area and outdoor solarium (20 euros are required for the cleaning of the fire pit 20 euros to be paid directly on site). Near the apartment, upon reservation, according to availability and payment of an extra cost directly to the host, a large fitness and wellness area, equipped with sauna. Finally, other paid services are available such as snowshoes rental, sledding, cleaning, etc. The village of Ronch can be easily reached by car through a paved road, which is also kept clear of snow in winter and is easily accessible. It is not necessary to have a 4x4 car to reach Ronch, but in winter it is mandatory by law to have winter tyres and highly recommended throughout the Dolomite region (and in the mountains in general) to have on the chains on the frozen and slippery road. The Laste plateau is not crossed by main roads and the village of Ronch is the quietest inhabited area: roe deer, mouflons and foxes visit the house daily, as well as a herd of deer that passes under the village every evening. Other things to note For safety reasons, the fireplace can only be used with a bioethanol burner and not with real wood. Any type of fire is strictly prohibited.
