BED CONFIGURATIONS: 4 Queen Beds LOCATION: 1021 Hwy 101 Beaufort, NC 28516 OTHER NOTES: -Please note, that gas fireplace cannot be used by guests -The boat needs to be 20ft from dock at low tide, 4 to 5 at high tide, guest do not have access to boat lift -No pets -Area around the dock is muddy- would not recommend swimming -No smoking Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, as well as all property amenities.
