KITCHEN equipped with gas stove, electric oven, utensils to prepare the meals of your choice, refrigerator/freezer with ample interior space, blender, toaster, 12-cup American coffee maker, electric kettle to heat water, microwave oven, dishwasher and much more. Complete CUTLERY, very complete tableware, 3 sets of glass cups for juice, drinks and wine. Plates, cutlery and plastic cups for toddlers. 1st BEDROOM with closet and direct access to full bathroom (QUEEN SIZE bed), exterior view. 
2nd. BEDROOM with large closet, balcony (KING SIZE BED) and full bathroom in hallway.
 3rd. BEDROOM with large closet, balcony, bunk beds with 2 single beds, QUEEN SIZE bed and a QUEEN SIZE sofa bed, and the 3rd full bathroom in the hallway. 
 The beds are equipped with new super comfortable LUUNA brand mattresses, the bathrooms have rain showers, black-out blinds, high-speed WIFI, etc.
You'll surely feel at home. The apartment's CLEANING SERVICE is mandatory daily. It costs $350.00 and is the guest's responsibility and must be paid directly to the person in charge. Electricity consumption up to $250 mn per day is included, if this amount is exceeded, a recharge must be made at the reception to avoid the cut. A maximum of 8 PEOPLE and up to 2 children under 12 years of age are allowed to occupy the apartment. Children 12 years of age and older count as an adult. There is no possibility of a greater number of the aforementioned persons entering. Please avoid the penalty of denying access in case the number of people entering the apartment is greater than those specified here. Guest access Committed to your and your family's safety, access is very controlled, so it's essential to follow these steps: -Keep an original identification such as the INE or PASSPORT for your access and verification of the reservation. -It is necessary that once the reservation is confirmed, please send me the INE or official ID of all the adults who accompany you on the visit - model and plates of the vehicle you will arrive to send the mail that will give you access. This information must be provided no later than 24 hours before your arrival. -Your arrival is necessary to go to the CLUBHOUSE, where you will deliver a security deposit of $5,000.00 IN refundable CASH or its equivalent in US dollars, in order to use the amenities and guarantee the quality and good use of them, as well as your official ID. You must sign the General Regulations of La Isla and they give you a copy of the same. The deposit and identification will be returned to you upon your departure from the complex once you have finished your stay in the apartment. 
 BRACELETS AND FOOD CARD In the CLUBHOUSE once the cash deposit for $5,000 pesos, they will give you the following: - BRACELETS. Each adult and child over the age of 5 will be given a wristband that identifies them as guests of the complex. It is very important to have this bracelet in sight throughout your stay, in order to have access to the amenities, pools and any area of the Conjunto Residencial. - PREPAGO card.- This card is the only form of payment for restaurants and bar within "La Isla Residences" and you can charge it with the amount you want at Casa Club and in almost all the receptions of the complex. It will not be necessary to take cash to the common areas as you will not be able to make cash payments. At the beach club there is a Restaurant where you can make your meals with very affordable prices. The schedule is changing depending on the time. Normally from 8 am to 5:30 pm. Now, if you prefer to cook in the apartment you have everything you need. A short distance away is a super market where you can do your shopping.. Enjoy a pleasant stay.

 - At the reception of the EMERALD TOWER, which you will need to go to after the Club House, you will be given the apartment key. There you can ask for guidance of the location of apartment 4J and the location of the parking lot. Please do not occupy any other place of the assigned in the apartment, they are 2 places on battery in front of each other. Other things to note AMENITIES 
Enjoy the luxury of an exclusive residential complex in Acapulco's VIP area and live the experience at the Club House. The complex is designed for families and has all the amenities for children and adults, fully equipped gym, spa with 7 massage booths, with free steam services, sauna, showers, children's games, playroom, game room with billiards and ping pong, two movie theaters, relaxation pool, swimming lane. Outside you will find a tennis court, paddle court, outdoor pools, beach pool, slides, splash pads, freshwater river that surrounds part of the complex, soccer field and beach volleyball, bike path, reception, private security, 8,000 m2 of private beach that can be reached by walking (5 min.) or by free internal transport (golf carts), it also has a bar and snack service in pools and beach, pool for adults, large areas of green areas and gardens (80% of the property). In the EMERALD tower where the apartment is located, you will find the reception and 2 large elevators for each tower. Throughout LA ISLA RESIDENCES there are many more amenities that will make your stay a SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE. The amenities are subject to provisions set by the condominium, such as temporary closure or reduction of capacity due to the State of Guerrero's epidemiological traffic light, as well as temporary closure for repairs or maintenance.
 The only services with a cost are drinks and food and massages in the spa (with eight massage booths). 
The Condominium consists of 8 towers; Bali, Capri, Emerald, Fiji, Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza and Java. Each tower has a pool and gardens that can be used by guests staying in any of the towers. 
 NOISE
**THE APARTMENT AND BUILDING IS NEW, OCCASIONALLY THERE MAY BE CONSTRUCTION NOISE DUE TO REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE** We kindly invite you to be respectful of the tranquility of our home and to observe the regulations that maintain a high level of exclusivity and privacy that allows us to rest without interruptions around us.
Respect for the rules is a guarantee of coexistence and good manners. Our staff is instructed to prioritize the care of our property, please address them with kindness. This living space IS NOT A HOTEL and the service we offer is that of a family apartment that we share with you, so that you feel at home.
 CLEANING SERVICE 
It is MANDATORY to hire the DAILY cleaning service from the day after and until the day before your departure. Check-in and check-out cleaning is already covered.
 The person in charge of cleaning is completely trustworthy. 

Guests are not allowed to hire cleaning staff on their own. The washer and dryer cannot be used by guests, the cleaning staff can do the towel washing service AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. 
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 
Check-in to the complex and apartment is from 3:00 pm. Check-out from the apartment and complex is at 11:00 am. POSSIBILITY OF CHECKING OUT LATER/ CHECKING IN EARLY at an additional cost of a minimum of $500 pesos upon agreement with the host. Check-in can be at 10:00 AM and check-out at 4:00 PM at the latest.
 If you need different hours, please check availability and cost. ONLY POSSIBLE IF THERE ARE NO GUESTS THE DAY BEFORE CHECK-IN OR THE DAY AFTER CHECK-OUT. A $3000 fine applies for failing to leave the condominium at the agreed time.
