Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a great vintage 1967 A-Frame at beautiful Barrier Lake. Serene and amazing. Private lakefront with your own private dock and boat lift. The space The house features three full bedrooms, one bathroom as well as a very comfortable, cozy, open floor plan. Outside features include a fire pit, private dock, large deck and amazing tranquil views. We have a sport/fishing boat lift in front of our cabin for your private use. Guest access You are welcome to bring a kayak or canoe to paddle around the lake or fishing poles to drop a line from your own private dock. Other things to note We do not have internet or satellite tv. There is a cell phone booster but service is spotty. We have an amazing collection of VHS movies, almost enough to open a Blockbuster store 😊. Watch them on our retro televisions. We are happy to host your canine and just ask that they are not allowed on furniture or left unattended in the house or yard. Wood and towels are not supplied. The beds have mattress protectors but it is the responsibility of the guest to bring their own bedding/pillows. We have a bbq on site. There are 2 twin beds, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 king. Our place is rustic but still a work in progress, we strive for comfort and serenity. We have a boat lift for your use. Max weight is 3500 lbs. Please use dock/lift and all personal property at own risk. We assume no liability for any incident or accident and by booking with us on airbnb this is considered acceptance of agreement. We have heat and a/c upstairs only. We do have heaters and fans on the main floor for your comfort. No laundry facilities on site. There us a wood burning stove for guest use on main floor. Dock and lift is private to this cabin. Please note must be 25+ to book property.
